Lifetime Warranty

We know you love your iMona pieces and want to keep them shining forever. That’s why we offer a Free Lifetime Warranty on iMona jewelry, which includes complimentary services such as:

1. Re-polishing and cleaning
2. Gemstone or diamond tightening
3. Re-rhodium plating
4. Ring resizing

iMona Jeweler Enhanced Warranty Plan for an additional charge. The plan covers:

1. Repairing bent or broken prongs
2. Repairing any accidental scratches to the mounting
3. Replacing or re-polishing scratched gemstones or diamonds
4. Replacing or repairing spring rings on chains
5. Replacing or repairing earring backings
6. Gemstone and/or diamond tightening
7. Re-rhodium plating
8. Re-polishing and cleaning of jewelry

All custom made jewelry are considered a final sale and are not eligible for a refund. This will include all deposits for any item of jewelry including the initial deposit for our CAD program.

Free repairs are provided for craftsmanship-related issues. Each piece comes with our quality assurance.

Please note that International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so  please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm  tax.

All of our fine jewelry comes with a limited lifetime warranty. iMona Jewelry lifetime warranty and exchange is based on manufacturing defects, not abuse or misuse. We guarantee the high quality and craftsmanship of all our jewelry items.

iMona jeweler reserves the right to negotiate a settlement cost for damaged return merchandise.

All packages must be shipped, fully insured, for the purchase amount
